One star is too many. Stay away from this business. I ordered ticket online to fly out of airport 8 miles from my house. I then received a call that there was no option to bring luggage, non cancellable, non refundable and was just standby. I didn’t see that it was standby or that there was no option to even pay to have luggage. The only other options I had were to pay almost more than 2x what I had paid to fly out of same airport or pay just over $100 more and fly out of airport 70 miles away. If I could get my money back I would be happy. I would highly recommend you stay far away from this business. BAIT and SWITCH is how they operate.
