I booked two tickets for me and my underage daughter. They came back with that my daughter did not have a ticket yet, but was on standby on an international flight!!!!! When I complained that I could not have my daughter on standby by herself, they tried to give me tickets for the day before, that were no longer direct and $600 more! When I refused, I got told that the sale was final and if I canceled I would be banned for flying by forever, by all airlines. These guys are lying scammers! Thank God I entered my credit card number wrong! I have filed a complaint of fraud with the credit card company just in case anyway.
