This company is an absolute scam. What a nightmare. My sisters purchased 2 tickets thru this company. After purchasing their tickets they called her back asking for over $400. more dollars. They informed them the flight was overbooked and that they would be on standby. We contacted the airlines and they told us the flight is not overbooked that there was plenty of seating and that airline does not use standby. Long story short after talking to the airlines they were able to cancel the tickets from this fraudulent company and we purchased new tickets directly from the airline. This company harassed my sisters with calls and emails to the point she had to cancel her credit card and purchase a new card in fear they would put additional charges on her card. Stay away from this company!
