Panama Red is an excellent sativa strain but since I'm 70 now, I ususally enjoy a couple hours before I go to bed, maybe I should stick with Indica strains to help me sleep faster. But sativa is great if you go out to a movie or concert or dinner or go to the beach. Fast shipper and very nice service. I will buy more with BB in the future!
Update! I changed my mind... I love this strain for night time activities too!
