The products are good, and Customer service is also good. However, I never receive the tracking number. I always receive emails that confirm my order, an email telling me about the routing service with a routing number, and I receive an email informing me that my order is being prepared for shipping, and that's it. I never get an email that provides the shipped date or tracking number. I would like to get an email that includes the shipped date, and most importantly, the tracking number.
