Aban Fanayian is a lier and a cheat! Just look at the other reviews on other sites. We too are victims of Best Buy Brewing fraud. We ordered a brewing system but like many of the other customers it was missing essential parts (see other reviews). No control panel, no heat exchanger, no wiring, and much more missing. It's like buying a Ferai from a shady used car salesman who promises the world but the car arrives with no steering wheel, no dashboard, and no transmission. This is obviously a continuing disappointing pattern with Aban Fanayian and the owner Kei Chan aka “Kelvin”. They are both quick to pick up the phone and answer emails however after they receive the payment they refuse to answer phone calls or texts and will not respond to any emails. Do not shop with this company, you will be lied to, cheated, and screwed over. We are currently speaking with the other victims to pursue a class action law suit. ANY INTERESTED PARTIES CAN CONTACT US REGARDING PARTICIPATION IN THIS CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE. OTHER MISSING PARTS: Dual Stage Heat Exchanger Two Pumps: Control Panel !!!! No conectors No wiring for any of the pumps or other electrical Over $27,000 in missing parts. I now suspect any good reviews of Best Buy Brewing Equipment are likely fake.
