Customer service is nice, even if I just order one KD2, they are very serious and courageous.
Shipping took 8 days to Los Angeles CA, the machine is a gem! no defects, problems easy to set up.
I choose the KD2 because I am new to this industry and I already placed another order for the KD% (3 units).
