I needed to cancel the order, because its being delayed with more than 3 weeks after the promised date, but I wasnt able to do so, because they did not allow me - they have muted me and soon after bestminers.io took whats mine they were already gone! THEY BLOCKED ME AND STARTED IGNORING ME AFTER TAKING MY PURCHASE VALUE.
