Nightmare experience trying to book with this company. As many other genuine reviews have indicated, the abysmal conduct and attitudes of staff (I dealt with three different employees) has been so horrific that it was impossible to continue with the booking. They have held onto the full booking fee (over £2k) and so further action is now underway to recover losses. Research into reviews of this company is highly recommended and something I would usually do first - alas this was a last minute booking and the positive reviews via other sites naively trusted.
