Stayed at cottage in Aldeburgh where we have happily stayed regularly over last 15 years. We had a lovely week.

Charged for damaging a marble table.
We did not do this! Cleaners go in before us! Stated our case on platform.
No proof and untrue; defamation of character. We are honest people who have not been believed. They have taken £120 pounds from us for something we did not do.
