Being totally ignored by this company after being very Loyal to them before..
Since the pandemic began , they refuse to answer emails and telephone calls , about the our holiday, not very professional and they are alienating their customers, by ignoring them and consequently jeopardising future business , the trust between them and the customer has been totally lost sadly . Do not Recommend. Very poor customer service. No refund at present 😪😪😪
