Appalling behaviour
Non contactable ! Ignoring requests for refunds, holding money that hasn’t been paid out to property owners.
Encouraging to rebook June onwards, when no official safe guard has been lifted!
Can only rebook same cottage upto December 2021 , with price increases and extra charges.
I had always booked through best of Suffolk over the last 3 years and promoted them through our own business, we visited Suffolk over 5 times at year with them.
Seen “another side” when your not happy or flying the flag ...
Sad I can no longer recommend!
