We booked a holiday and paid deposit for a holiday in May 2020 long before the virus struck the UK.
Just before the balance was due we cancelled the holiday as I am 67 with heart disease and my husband is 70 in accordance with government advice. It then became law that holiday companies have to refund money for cancelled holidays We emailed this company twice about this but they couldn’t even be bothered to reply. We would never consider this company again to book holidays.
