Whenever I visited a service garage in the past, my main concern was that I would be asked to pay for work not necessarily needed. That is no longer the case since I started going to the Best Service Centre at Guildford for my car. All the guys there are really helpful and they don't seem to mind my continuous questions on how staff work or what my options are. They always give an honest assessment without trying to charge me for work that doesn't really need doing (just imagine what other garages might have charged if you visited them saying "there is a noise coming out of the front, no idea what it might be", like I did). On top of that they even called me well in advance to offer me a booking slot for my MOT as it falls during the busy period of the end of December. And guess what, my 11-year old car passed the MOT without any fault! I highly recommend this garage! I will definitely continue using them in the future!
