I purchased online and the package was delivered on time, and was packaged well, and worked perfectly out of the box. The setup/assembly tutorial on bestsmokegrillcombo was pretty straight forward with very clear instructions. My smoker arrived Friday, and I used it for the first time yesterday. I’d definitely recommend this product to anyone looking into purchasing a new smoker.
