I booked a flight for 120 and they called to tell me he couldn't take any luggage on, even a backpack unless we paid another 98 dollars and the flight was nonrefundable. I finally told them he would fly then but would be shipping his backpack by mail. They immediately cancelled the reservation and said I would not be charged. I found out this is how they make their money is by selling under the price then scamming the customer into paying extra. Heavy Indian accents so hard to understand them and will not just cut to the chases and tell you what you need to know. I rebooked at 153 total on Priceline. What a bunch of crooks. They said they would not charge my credit card but I am watching and will report it if they do.
