Showroom staff very efficient and attentive.Bedroom selected and onto our first home visit.My wife and I were both very disappointed with the "double glazing" approach to giving us an acceptable quotation..........we much prefer a straight and honest cost of our selection instead of inflated prices heavily discounted. Our fitter,Peter Battey,was fantastic!...........early starter,very tidy and polite and spent time with us on completion to go through every detail. We came to BL by way of recommendation to be told our friends would receive a £250 "thank you".In the showroom we were told that would be made by vouchers against your showroom website but told it would be "cash" by your first salesman.Your own documentation states "by cheque"...confusing!!!
