Unsatisfied with the service we have received with Betta Living. We have also sent an email of complaint on several matters which we are awaiting a reply on. Issues were raised in regards to extra charges, faulty products, bad installation, lack of product knowledge as well as incorrect elements through second consultation and final installation.
We are unsatisfied with the service we received in almost every area and I don't think at this point we would recommend Betta Living to anybody looking for a kitchen.
