The person who I spoke to was very helpful in guiding me around the Betta Living website and even offered me some discount for being a repeat customer. Unfortunately that person did not call back as promised and due to time pressure I ordered my items straight from the website at full price.
The items arrived promptly and were of very good quality and matched my existing items.
