However, we were extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with Betta Living, from the original contact in your showroom in Farnborough, to the designer, surveyor and especially the fitter. Everyone was most professional and at no time did we feel pressurized to commit to the purchase. Your fitter Walle was exceptional, working extremely hard to complete the installation in the two days. His work is very professional and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. Thank you for showing us that your company values the customer and provides the kind of service we expect (but sadly do not receive in many cases today). Thank you for a job very well done
