Hi I am very pleased with the purchase,quality of the wardrobes and the delivery and fitting service. Designer and Surveyor were very patient and understanding offered inputs but did not try and force us ( which is good). One downside we found was design and survey were each half days appointment. We have had few other design services visit us. The whole visit was not more than 1 hour. This was time consuming. Also we were told the wardrobes will be delivered and fitted in 4 weeks time. However it took 3 extra weeks for the wardrobes to be in place. Lead time for the wardrobe doors were not calculated properly (ours took apparently 10 days extra because of its kind) and we were not informed until I called closer to 3 weeks time. But this will not put us off from referring or buying from Betta again. Thanks
