I chose the buy now pay later scheme. I found it inconvenient that I had monies sent to me to pay the surveyor and fitter separately. I understand that these are all third parties, but it would make world of a difference if you atleast acted as a single company by paying your suppliers directly.
I do believe your product is excellent. The time taken by the sales person to sell me the product was great. I felt special and there was no rush to close the deal. Well done there. Great finish - and the fitting was done well within timeframe.
