Q: How long do I have wait before Andrea Dennison phones me back to let me know what's going on?
A: Apparently over a week, and I still haven't received a call.
Getting really really pissed off now. Kitchen started 15th Feb, and still no worktops or even a working kitchen sink (not fun as a family of 5).
I want answers, NOT excuses, PLUS some forms of compensation for the inconvenience.
