Five days ago we resorted to posting our comments on this site in an attempt to resolve what is happening with the fitted wardrobe we have ordered. We got this reply which can been seen below,
"Sorry to read of your concerns, I will ask the relevant team looking after you order to contact you in relation to this with a view resolving this with you. Regards Lesley Customer Services"
Once again we have heard nothing. They have failed to contact us, even to simply inform us that they were investigating the issue or to say sorry. This is basic common curtsey; I would expect this of a child. It is remarkable how incompetent this company is and I can not believe this is the what I have to do to get Betta Living to contact me. I now want my money back immediately and will be getting legal advice on Wednesday if nothing changes.
