Overall we are really pleased with our new Betta Living bedroom furniture. It looks good and we are pleased with the quality. We can't praise Adam and Sean, our fitters, highly enough. We were having two bedrooms fitted in the same week, and they worked so hard to get the job done professionally and on time, while still being considerate of our needs while the house was in such chaos. They couldn't have been more helpful. On the negative side, it took quite a few weeks to get a couple of things fitted that had been missed off in the original delivery (not the fitters' fault at all, and even though Wayne in Customer Services was very helpful and was good at keeping us informed of progress). We didn't find the sales staff in the Betta Living store very knowledgable about the product ranges. There were also discrepancies in what we were told when the estimator visited the house, and then by the surveyor a week later. (Hence the reasons for only 4 stars, even though we are delighted with the end results)
