If this is how they start by rude attitude and missed appointments with no apology or contact (farnborough depot) and when I go into the store it's attitude like "we don't care" from the salesman !! Then I will look elsewhere
I'm a company director and if I was paying my staff thousands of pounds a year in salaries I would expect better results!!
Suggest head office investigate this and send us a formal reply
