We opted for supply only with our kitchen. We were initially pleased with the service. This was until we quicky developed issues. The kitchen design sold to us was not permitted by the stone company they use. The kitchen was delivered in April, and we are still waiting for a refund for the materials we have not used because of the company having to change the design. This is despite Betta Living receiving the payment for the materials many months ago. We have been left with packs of left over wood which we have been charged for and never needed. Our living room resembles a warehouse....still almost 5 months on. We are still waiting for a replacement cupboard door which was received damaged. Again, issues all raised in April. Customer service is appalling. We have called countless times, waiting 15-25 minutes in a queue for each call, only to be advised "we will get our manager to give you a call very shortly". Still waiting.
Nobody wants to take ownership of our problems to get them resolved. We have even been advised we have so many issues we have been passed to a higher level of management. This was almost two months ago, still nothing. I expect the lack of action is because they have their money now so no need to help us.
I would not recommend using Betta Living!
