We are pleased with the quality of the wardrobes and Chris, the fitter, did an excellent job. He was pleasant, polite and worked tirelessly to get the installation completed. He also cleaned up after himself. However, on the downside, I think Betta Living need to streamline the way they interface with the customer. My contract was with the company and I therefore found it strange to be having to pay individuals for their services ie the surveyor and fitter, surely as it's included in the price quoted for the work the company should pay them and the customer pays the total bill to Betta Living!
