The fitter, Ray, did an excellent job with our bedroom. The work was carried out within the agreed time and to a very high standard. Ray communicated well with us beforehand and during the work. After bad experiences with other companies, we're very grateful to have had a real professional do this work for us. Our new furniture looks lovely. The initial quote and survey were adequate although the surveyor said that the employee who made the initial quote had overcharged us and said that he had put it right. It might be helpful if there were more transparency in the pricing process. B78811
