Bought mixer tap for downstairs wc which has pitted after less than a year. Initial emails were quick and responsive. Then told nothing they could do as it had been 12 months. Contacted customer service as it had been fitted less than a year (builders verified this), told it only has 6 month warranty- although email says 12 months?! Then told to ‘just buy another’ as it ‘was only £19’!! Not really the point is it?! Poor quality goods and even worse customer service. Would not recommend or use again.
