Extremely poor customer service. After spending £1000s on items for a new bathroom, I spent hours on hold for customer service and was refused a refund for faulty items they insisted were not faulty. Why would I spend over £300 on labour costs replacing faulty items if they were not faulty? Awful service - they should rename themselves from 'Better Bathrooms' to 'Terrible Toilets'
