Ordered a well priced bathroom suite earlier this year and after having it fitted noticed the toilet systern lid wouldn't seat properly as the moulding of the systern was poor and interfered with the lid. That aside it's a reasonable suite for the money and I suppose you get what you pay for. However since installation the cheap plastic flush mechanism has been faulty as it interferes with the systern and constantly gets stuck. I contacted better bathrooms asking for a replacement and they said that I needed to buy a replacement part and they would only refund me if they tested the valve and found it to be faulty. Trouble is it would only show this fault if tested in a like for like systern so it's a completely inadequate service. The customer service representative even accepted that is was an inconvenient process but wasn't prepared to offer a good service hence I am leaving this review to advise you to not use this company and pay a little more for a better quality product
