I hate dealing with this company. They use terrible courier service who kept changing the delivery time. When they arrived, driver asked me to carry the shower enclosure myself. Luckily I had some people around, who could carry the delivery from the place driver parked his van. And I paid Almost 40 pounds, premium price for next day delivery! Am now trying to exchange the item- nightmare again. I have to pay 35 pounds for my item to be collected and 35 pounds again for my new item to be delivered.
