They delivered within the time they said, then there was a missing item. As I did not notice this at the time, and did not notify them of this within the 7 -14 day period they deem a reasonable amount of time to do this in, I have had to buy a new item. Customer service were terrible - unsympathetic, non-apologetic, and insincere. Will NOT be using their services again.
