My shower stopped working a week ago I have called and emailed the so called tech team and I’m still waiting to see what they are going to do about it. My plumber has told me the thermostat cartridge may be broken but I have only had the shower since November. Had problems when we had to wait weeks for a missing item now this. Terrible service and even wise customer care, they take your money and that’s your lot. Steer clear.
