Better Bathrooms is probably the worst company I have dealt with for online ordering and delivery. Placed an online order (over £700 of goods) paid for a delivery slot, didn't arrive, arrived a week later damaged then had to wait another week for a replacement meanwhile I must have spent more than one hours on hold several times trying to speak to a customer service advisor. No compensation no apology.
Honestly steer well clear, I had other bathroom orders out with other suppliers which arrived on time as stated with no issues. Never again.
