We bought 5 bathrooms and checked as much as possible on arrival at a building site We installed a few months later and discovered a chipped loo seat which was hidden underneath packaging Sadly better bathrooms refused an exchange as it was over their ridiculously short time limit, they obviously have no concept of how difficult it is to check every single component of 5 bathrooms in the middle of a building site! Pretty short sighted policy as we were happy with everything else and would have used them again for future bulk purchases on other developments
