Very impressed by the showroom in Leicester. Manager very chatty and pleasant. However, he promised to get back to me about a specific toilet but failed to do so, despite two phone calls and messages left for him. Eventually I phoned again only to find he was in the showroom but sent his response via an assistant. This, I considered very poor customer relations. I have decided that it would not be wise to entrust an order for a new bathroom to a firm where customer relations and reliability is so poor.
