I spent over £1700 with better bathrooms in total and the flexi waste that came supplied with my 900x900 LED quadrant shower has a hairline split which was only evident after it was connected. I rang customer support only to be told “you had 7 days to report any defects”! After a phone call (useless) and several emails later a replacement was sent out, which was also faulty! I was assured a replacement was sent again (18th May) and yet I am still waiting. No response to emails either. Absolutely disgusting service. Stay away
