Do we need to say more, well ok bought new bathroom suite ( individual items so just bit dearer) but when you what to send back or exchange a item ,
you have to wait till credited with the item sent back then order new one and wait till it turns up.
That could be ages, then there's the point of the credit for your item WHO what's credit when you have bought your bathroom just refund please.
