They messed me about for 5 weeks, are very hard to get hold of 30-55mins in my experience. I waited 30mins for a reply on live chat. They couldn't help obviously. Lied to and deceived when you do get through, don't reply to emails
I have waited 47 days to receive a refund...still waiting. I threatened to seek legal advice which seemed to prompt them to do something. I've been told I should receive it within 5 days. I have no faith in this company at all.
