Very unhappy with this company. They misinformed us numerous time about delivery time. we ordered pices for a complete bathroom refurbishment in a hope that the goods will arrive in one go and quick as they promised. They delivered the promised items in seperate loads, missing parts etc. Horrible experience. Finally as I lost hope I cancelled the delivery of the missing last item and bought it in the pluimber shop nearby. ( no need to say cheaper )
I am now fighting for the refund. Of course there is no one I can talk to about this in the company.
