Placed order and paid for guaranteed delivery. Item didn't arrive, chased it and told its out of stock. Asked for refund and told 7/10 working days!
Finally got refund after 3 weeks by doing a chargeback on my card.
Just lookout the complaints on here and their Facebook page, its shocking.
