Abosolutely terrible avoid at all cost!! Paid for items which never arrived as now out of stock . Followed online procedure for refunds they were never acknowledged , spoke to customer services after an hour in a queue to be told it would be refunded in 7-10 working days , no such luck ! Spoke to customer services today after another lengthy wait to be told they have been very busy ! Still waiting for my elusive £1000 😡😡. Don’t even warrant a star shambolic !!!!
