Why is there no option for 0 stars? Absolutely shocking customer service no one gets back to you, when you do speak to someone they just say whatever to get you off the phone. i am currently chasing a refund for over 4 months now!
Also we chose to have the order delivered and left in a secure place, this was dumped at our front door and was left lying there for over 4 hours until our neighbor told us there was a parcel at the front door.
I would never recommend this place and I have told people to avoid at all costs.
