All the one star reviews are correct. Ordered toilet suite in Nov 2018, on delivery contents were checked and appeared OK. When plumber came to fit, one of the small plastic seat fittings was half-formed, making it impossible to fit the seat to the pan.
Pointless phoning, was number 30 in the queue. Went through the website, got an automated response from the "Zendesk" system saying that my case number was 'quoted below' - but there was no visible case number. 3 further mails later, and there is absolute silence from this company.
