I signed up Betterhome cover via NRLA, Thinking Betterhome cover will delivery good service .... But I was wrong! My tenant has two small kids and her boiler has been broken since 3 weeks and have no hot water. Betterhome Cover have failed to repair the tenants boiler. They use Lim Emergency services who are saying that, because my tenant have a electric shower they refused to repair the boiler!
Anyone who uses Betterhome cover, your waisting your premiums! They won't respond to your messages or answer the phone.
