I am still waiting for my products and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. I contacted the firm and they stated that DPD was returning my package because their was no house number, mobile number or email address. However, when setting up my account I had to provide all of these details. I am appalled that my address was not put on the package right. I have had to cancel clients resulting in me losing a considerable amount of money. No impressed at all.
