Bought a Philips Sonicare 5300 via their website, which explicitly states travel case, however when it arrived, no travel case supplied, not even the packaging has a space for one. Time limited purchase as I was due to travel. Dropped them an email and got a response 2 days later, which was pretty much, oh sorry, nothing we can do, but we will update the site, but not much else. The website still shows incorrect information, so id avoid.
