usually very good to deal with but we were promised items yesterday and my nurse waited for them and they were never delivered
Subsequently this morning we had to turn a patient away as we didn't have the materials on site which is very costly and the patient was very annoyed
Apparently the items we ordered were still in the depot department of the delivery office and wouldn't be delivered until later today but we were told they would definitely be with us yesterday
Very disappointing
